SaveSmart Live respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims.

1. DMCA Notice

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), SaveSmart Live will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following written information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with its location on our website (URL)
  • Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Send your DMCA notice to our designated agent via email:

We will review your notice and respond within 3–5 business days. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court

4. Repeat Infringers

SaveSmart Live reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

All original content published on SaveSmart Live is the property of SaveSmart Live and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited.
